We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were impressed by the easy access to transportation, with two subway lines and two train stations within close proximity. The location, particularly its proximity to the Shinjuku subway line, made it convenient to travel throughout the city. the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even upgrading our room when there was an issue with the air conditioning.

Upon arrival, I was feeling unwell with a high fever, runny nose, and a pounding headache. the receptionist, Miss Taguchi, were pretty good in her assistance. She offered me medicine and ensured that my room was ready early so that I could rest and recover. This level of care and attention made my stay nice and enjoyable. The hotel itself is conveniently located, with two train stations nearby, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Although the travel time to the main city was a bit longer, the affordable price of the hotel made up for it. I highly recommend Apa Hotel Tokyo Ojima for a comfortable and accommodating stay in Japan.

Great price, central location between 3 subway stations , beautiful parks and river nearby with skyline view. Good halal food and supermarket for Muslim travelers. Helpful staff made our family trip enjoyable. Close to Tokyo downtown and easy access to popular areas like Shinjuku and Ginza. Clean and comfortable stay.
